Return policy

We offer refunds for returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery (the reason for return is not necessary). Conditions If you wish to return an item, it must be undamaged and in its original condition. In the event of a defect, the product must have been found defective immediately upon receipt. Please provide the order number and, in case of a breakage, also a photo of the product. Please do not send the return to the sender. We will provide you with the correct return address, which is our central warehouse in Asia. Shipping costs for the return of the order are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds Once we have received your return and if it meets the above conditions, we will issue a refund. Depending on your payment method and bank, you will receive your refund within 5-10 working days.
